Personal Training
Our private sessions are designed, taking into consideration your fitness objectives, your level of endurance, your understanding of the fundamentals of exercising and your realistic level of commitment. A personal trainer is assigned to you based on these terms for an average of 45 minutes a session, to guide you every step of the way.
Share-A-Coach Personal Training
If you’ve got a workout buddy, even better! Our shared sessions offer all the benefits of our private sessions times two. You can come with your spouse, a family member, friend or even a co-worker. You both will receive personal guidance from your SkillPatron personal trainer while spending some quality time together. At SkillPatron, we seek active ways to foster unity amongst our valued clients.
Small Group Classes
If you’re organizing a one-off group exercise session, a dedicated SkillPatron personal trainer can help guide you through a balanced exercise circuit designed to improve posture, functional strength, balance, and your mind/muscle connection. We’ll tailor each segment to ensure thorough cardiovascular training, resistance training and flexibility training to each individual’s ability level. All small group classes are usually 60 minutes in length.
Nutrition Coaching
If you’re trying to lose weight, exercise alone wouldn’t cut it. A combination of the right nutrition and exercises will definitely get your body where you want it. Let’s help you do that. Our fitness experts are trained in providing food checklist to help you choose the right meals at the right time.

What’s the difference between a Personal Trainer and a Gym instructor?
The fitness industry is diverse and there are many types of exercise routines. Although a regular gym instructor and the personal trainer might sound the same, there is a difference.
Gym instructors in comparison to personal trainers
Both titles are for fitness professionals, no doubt about it. However, a gym instructor is employed by the gym, mainly to ensure gym members use equipment correctly and safely.
They also ensure that gym members perform exercises in the right posture and technique to avoid injuries. During exercising, particularly weightlifting, the wrong posture can cause fatal injuries. This is why there’s a gym instructor to prevent such injuries from occurring.
