Inbal Amirav, One To Watch

She has worked with some of the most legendary directors of our time; Quentin Tarantino, George Clooney, Dave Meyers, David Fincher, and the list goes on.

She has been recognized for her role in female empowerment, receiving prestigious awards such as the Webby® Award for Best Individual Performance; the Internet’s highest honor for excellence, commonly known as the “Oscars of the Internet” for a video which raised awareness to domestic violence. And a Silver Social Good Award as an Influencer & Celebrity leading an impactful campaign for a worthy cause, sharing the category with Emila Clarke and Ellen Degeneres.

Meet the Israeli-American actress to watch, Inbal Amirav. 

Amirav was born in Ramat HaSharon and grew up in Hod HaSharon, Israel. While still a student, Amirav began traveling back and forth from Tel Aviv to Los Angeles, and her Hollywood debut was in David Fincher’s The Social Network. Since then she landed roles on hit shows such as CSI: Crime Scene Investigation opposite Laurence Fishburne and Love That Girl! opposite Jaleel White and Tatyana Ali.

Most recently Amirav appeared in SWAT with Shemar Moore, in the role of Dania Ganz, a member of a highly organized group of female thieves executing diamond heists across downtown Los Angeles. The show aired to strong ratings, CBS won the 10 p.m. hour with SWAT (5.24million) and Amirav’s IMDB Startmeter spiked. Currently, Amirav stars in several episodes of the multi-Golden Globes® winning show, Transparent, as well as two episodes of truTV’s You Can Do Better. She is also starring opposite Patrick Warburton in a campaign for Rizk airing all over Europe.

In July 2019 one of the most anticipated films of 2019 comes out, Quentin Tarantino’s ninth film, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood, starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie sand Al Pacino. It premiered at the Cannes film festival with stellar reviews, and Inbal posted a clip from the trailer wishing. Wishing the film a Palme d’Or. She wrote about her experience working on the movie “This was truly a one of a kind set!!! The energy, the excitement, the magic – I always feel that when I am on set. This was BIGGER. This was a celebration of all those feelings. Once Tarantino knew we had the shot, we would do another take, and he had us all yell in joy “because we love making movies”.
