POST CONSTRUCTION CLEANING PROCEDURE

Here at Limpiar’s Construction Cleaning, we follow a standard cleaning procedure. Our post-construction cleaning services are broken down into the following categories:

Rough Clean: the cleaning process starts with de-congestion phase. Here, we clean/scrape out all the construction debris including cement leftovers, paint overspray, dust, adhesives and caulking. Meticulous attention is given to window panes, sliding glass doors, edges of walls and floors, and glass partitions. We ensure all lines and edges are thoroughly cleaned.

Final Clean: after the rough cleaning phase, the final cleaning begins. This is where we polish floors and shine windows, followed by an in-depth cleaning of all interior surfaces. When this is done, the move-in phase commences. At this stage, we get the building ready for use.

Cabinetry: cabinets including kitchen cabinets, office cabinets, and bedroom cabinets are cleaned using a neutral cleaner to retain the quality of the cabinet and remove any accumulated dust or debris.

Bathrooms: all bathrooms are cleaned from top to bottom, scrubbing out and scraping debris around the edges of the toilet pot, mirrors, fixtures, wall tile and bathtubs.

Touch-up Clean: a week or a day before move-in we offer an additional touch-up cleaning service. This is to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and freshened for a new entry. We clean off any fingerprints on glass surfaces and wipe off all dust and debris. Usually, a post-construction cleaning requires a minimum of two intense sessions of cleaning before you can be sure of a squeaky-clean environment. We offer three!
